This is a 26 year old female patient who requested a lower hairline. Her examination revealed stable hair throughout the scalp and excellent donor hair characteristics. She underwent a highly-refined dense-pack procedure in which 2161 grafts were placed along her frontal hairline. Presented here are 17 month postoperative photos along with a 24 hour postoperative graft placement photo.
