This is a 60 year old male who requested frontal density enhancement and a better defined hairline. He underwent a 3100 graft frontal hairline restoration using a stick-and-place method for graft insertion into the recipient site. Presented here are 14 month postoperative pictures along with immediate graft placement views.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
