This is a 37 year old patient who presented with a history of slowly eroding density along his entire frontal hairline and within the central tuft/midscalp region.His goal was to create a natural, high density appearance throughout the entire thinning zone.His restoration consisted of a 3000 graft session using highly refined grafts to dense pack the frontal hairline and central tuft/midscalp regions.Presented are one year postop views.These include a part view directly through the bald central tuft to demonstrate the density gain achieved.
