Procedure detail
This is a 47 year old patient who originally presented six years ago for frontal hairline restoration. At that time he had 1890 grafts placed in the balding frontotemporal regions. He returned two years later for some crown filling at which time an additional 670 grafts were placed into the frontotemporal regions to further boost density. He recently returned to the office to have his crown reevaluated for additional grafting. This is a 4 year postoperative result in which a total of 2560 grafts were used to restore the frontotemporal hairline.

There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
