Patient in his 50's, generally a class 6 but with a rather large frontal surface
area, desired to bolster density in the front and top region. Still holding on
to a vellus remnant of his natural hairline, Dr. True used this as a template in
designing the restoration. Of the 5906 follicular units, 2,125 are singles, 3047
are duos, and 734 are trios - a total of 10421 hairs.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
