This patient was presented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options. Hair transplant surgery was performed utilizing 2548 grafts consisting of 5007 hairs. Since this patients' donor density was not optimal his transpalnted hair count is slightly less than what a typical procedure would yield. The patient stated that he is happy with density and naturalness of his hair transplant. His hair counts are as follows:1’s – 632 gr = 632 hairs 2’s – 1431 gr = 2862 hairs3’s – 427 gr = 1281 hairsTotal – 2548 grafts = 5007 hairs

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
