This Norwood Class IV patient in his mid fifties was presented to Dr. Ron Shapiro for his hair restoration options. Hair transplant surgery via the strip method was performed with 3048 grafts and the use of Vitrase and Acell strips. The patient is also on medication.
The result photos presented are 7.5 months and a one year period of growth progression.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
