Patient in his early 50’s from Vancouver. The goal was to cover as much scalp as possible and the patient desired one session. With 5456 grafts, Dr. Hasson was able to provide adequate density up front with decent crown coverage. The 5456 grafts consisted of 2181 singles, 2927 doubles and 348 3-4 hair grafts. Photos were taken at a few intervals indicated below.

In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.
