This hair restoration patient came to see Dr. Hasson in January 2012. Like most men losing their
hair he had tried many different non-surgical options and only found that
Propecia has helped him to at least maintain his hair.
Dr. Hasson and
his team transplanted 5955 grafts in one hair transplant procedure with the singular goal of
maximum coverage. Higher density was established for the frontal zone with a new
hairline that gave his face a much stronger frame. The remaining grafts were
distributed throughout his existing hair with no permanent shock loss evident.
The patient came to visit with me and Dr. Hasson in March 2013 while we
were in Madrid Spain so he could share his final result with us. The result seen
below is 15 months post-op.

Norwood stage 3 Vertex
In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.
