This is a 27 year old hair restoration patient with a Norwood Class 4 pattern of hair loss. We tried to keep hairline conservative during his hair transplant surgery due to his age and the potential for future hair loss. We did put this patient on Propecia post surgery due to the extensive hair loss history of his family. We did 3,140 FUT, posted are his 10 month post-op pictures.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
