This 53 year old patient with a class 4 pattern hair loss was presented to Dr. Panine for his hair restoration options. The patient wanted a conservative hairline that would look good for his age and wanted to be able to comb his hair back. He had 1 session of 2,441 grafts. 9 month post-op pictures.

Norwood class 4
Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
