This is a 27 year old hair restoration with a class 3/4 Norwood Hair Loss Pattern. Patient was unable to do anything with his hair and left it up to Dr. Panine to create what he felt was going to give him the most natural result for his hair loss pattern. Being only 27, Dr. Panine wanted to take a conservative approach for him by creating a conservative hairline, but wanted to give him good density through the top of his head. This are his results at 8 months postoperative from his hair transplant surgery after receiving 2,698 grafts.

Characterized by further frontal hair loss and enlargement of vertex, but there is still a solid band of hair across the top (mid-scalp) separating front and vertex.
